I honestly think that all these restaurants are having a competition on how much salt they can fit onto their fries. I even asked for no salt and it still came out covered in salt. And my waiter didn't even attempt to fix it. So I won't be eating that here anymore. And customer service has really gone downhill. You can't hardly get service anywhere anymore.

Not at all what it use to be. Very disappointed in the taste, smaller portions, and for me was a waste of my money and my time. 1 star is being generous.

So there is acceptional customer service here as well as great food. This Denny's just happens to be smack dab in the middle of butt*f*nowhere Great Falls Montana and is in conjunction with a gas station, so it's not the most glamorous Denny's and does not attract the best crowds. Overall, I give it a 3 because the food is good, menu options are fine and cost is excellent. Service is great and the Denny's portion of the building is overall clean. Noise level is a bit rough, and crowding can be an issue. Otherwise it's a fine establishment.

What great service! Stacie made my day with her sunshine attitude and prompt service! She has a wonderful ability to keep an eye out for customers in need of assistance while cleaning of tables (she was working the area alone). Thank you!

This place needs to close its doors. I've been coming to Great Falls for over a year. Eating at this dump once sometimes twice a week. They have never gotten my order right, never. I will say the wait staff OK. They lie to when the run of product and try to pass it off as right. I know better. This Dennys sucks. Close the doors and bring in something different.
