Walked inside and had 2 people in front of me. One man ordering was constantly asking for one of the employees to pay for his meal (which he ended up doing.) when it was my turn to order, the employee started to complain to me about paying for the mans meal. While ordering he then made a sarcastic remark about what I ordered, and how the meat and cheese I chose were "the hardest to peel apart" (I ordered a roast beef and cheese, TWO THINGS) My friend then ordered and asked to use a coupon and military discount and he said, and I quote: "what's the military?" In regards to the coupon (which was for a $6 footlong) he said "it says footlong, what is that?"
In the end it took nearly 25 minutes to order 2 SIMPLE sandwiches.

We arrived after 7:00 pm. Two employees. One was very helpful. The other had an unlit cigarette hanging from her lip. Another person arrived in the parking lot wearing a Subway shirt and she left to go light up even though there were several people waiting in line. When she finally made it back in, she didn't wash her hands just put on the gloves and she reeked of cigarette smoke.
