This is a great place to take your pets for care. All of the people who work there are top notch. Dr. Grant Smith is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. Thanks for all you do.

this rating is 2 fold. The vets are amazing and you will be hard to find better care for your animals anywhere. I was writing this review for the animal care only it is an easy 5 stars. My issue is with the receptionist. When I am bringing in my dog for an emergency surgery knowing things are in a very critical moment, the last thing i need is a lecture on what i should or shouldnt have done. The manner in how she talks down to animal owners is horrible to put it lightly. After her dissertation on what I was supposed to do I get an Im sorry from another pet owner in the waiting room who witnessed the entire event.

The follow up with my wife was not any better. Again her Talking down to my wife as if she is an uneducated pet owner or ignorant of the breed she has owned for a decade. Come to find out they really have never had any of our breed at the clinic outside of our dogs over the last decade. My wife left after her visit upset as well and after 17 years of taking our family to Skyline we will be looking for another vet.

This vet is awesome! I take my dog to see Dr Liz Jennings, but she's also seen Dr Andrea! They're very compassionate towards your animal and try their best to find the answer to your pet's problem. They take time to talk and answer all questions and then will call & follow up with you! They're also very reasonably priced while providing quality care! I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone!
