My boyfriend and I are your true millennials (per a college survey) that we spend most of our money on food, which is true! We've been knocking restaurants off of our bucket list and this was one we've heard lots of good things about Chefusion!
We get there about 20 minutes before our scheduled reservation time and we're pleasantly surprised when told we could be seated right away to enjoy a cocktail before dinner.
I ordered the Soup de jour and wasn't quite sure what it was but it was delicious! Thank you chef!
Appetizer was AMAZING, we tried the artisan cheese sampler! We were able to try quite a few things we've never experienced before!
Main course was awesome for both of us! Delivered with elegance and tasted as good as it looked!
However, I must admit our waiter was slacking, was not timely with our drinks, or silverware, and napkins. Often I would turn around and see him leaning over and talking at the cash register.
Millennial Foodies love good food but we also still enjoy respectable waiters... just because we are young does not mean we don't care, we are still spending the money everyone else is as well :)

We had an amazing dinner at Chefusion last night! Would highly recommend any couples, families, or a group of friends to go any night! Amazing, crab cakes, small coursed meals, great wine selection and awesome, homemade desserts!!

There are small plate, 3-course meal options that were perfect for the kids! There are also ala cart options if you want to build your own meal, and the lemon-butter cake was to die for! Chef Tony even stopped out to say hello and to wish my sister happy birthday.
Overall, the service was excellent from the friendly hostess, to the server knowledge and humor, and free valet. We will be back again!

We always have a great time here. Nothing disappointing on the menu. They have live music sometimes. Service is always excellent. Great place to take a date

Had the lobster bisque for my first course, and it was excellent. My entree was a 3 seafood combo with shrimp, lobster, and mussels in a light tomato sauce. Dessert was a lemon, butter cream, cake, a staff favorite. It melts in your mouth. Ask for Jim. He was very good at guiding me through the meal. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

Thursday nights all night happy hour has great deals on food and beverage. The Uptown mac and cheese with lobster and the muscles were awesome! Great pick for upscale dining in downtown Green Bay especially since Hinterland has now moved out by the stadium. I've only ever done The Upstairs Lounge menu, but the formal dining menu looks very nice as well.
