Worst customer service ever. Staff was really rude. Racial profiling me just because I'm Asian.

This art deco theatre is well appointed, with fantastic atmosphere and great murals. The movie prices are reasonable, the concessions not so much. The theatre is not equipped with state of the art video and audio equipment, but is very adequate. I saw Dunkirk here, and the audio was bright, without LFE. The video quality was good. The art deco makes up for these slight shortcomings.

In the Northeast Wisconsin region, this is the Marcus Theater in most need of updating. As an early 2000's theater it would be very nice, but with the recent adoption of Dreamloungers and Dolby Atmos and super sized screens at other locations, this theater seems dated. For some movies where I don't care about such amenities, I'll gladly drive cross-town to this theater because it's quieter and less hectic than Bay Park, but this location needs some destination amenities to draw more people, such as those I mentioned earlier. If they could remodel this location in the mold of the Appleton East theater (all lounger, grill food availability, etc), this could be a real standout location. As it stands now, it's just a basic theater with unrealized potential.
