0 stars. They said my insurance was in network, completed the appoitment only to find I'm out of network. He said she said, services already rendered, now I'm stuck with a bill because of their con-like tactics. They need to retrain the lady up front or better yet fire her and make her pay all the bills since its 100% her fault. Greenbay family dental, Why would I drive 40 minutes to pay out of pocket when my local dentist is in network? Shame on you for ripping me off, shame on me for thinking your office would be mine and the kids new dentist. Sincerly, one pissed off veteran.

Beware! Must pay entire balance that insurance doesn't cover on the day of service regardless if it runs into the thousands of dollars. Feel this is very harsh.

Always prompt and friendly service. Great care and compassion in my dental plan and given all options for treatments.

My son just had his semi annual cleaning. Loves going to the dentist at 9. Life is good and he is still in the no cavity club!
