hands down the worst dental experience ever this older woman chipped daughter's front tooth and she told her assistant to put in the notes that the tooth was already chipped which made me sick to my stomach the dentist was very rude at times telling my daughter YOUR FINE when she was uncomfortable and when she was cleaning my daughter's teeth she slipped with tool chippie my daughter's tooth and immediately she felt with her tooh was chipped with her toung and this can be proved by the xray we got before she chipped her tooth I looked at my bill and I was charged 25 dollars for a bottle of toothpaste that I thought was given to me VERY DECEIVING. Each appointment she found another cavity and she didnt show me the new work from the so called cavity that didnt show up on the xray. When my daughter didn't move her face quick enough the dentist smacked at her face I don't trust this dentist and i want to warn people before going here. what a nightmare.I attempted to call the lady who said to call her and left many messages and a time to call but she only called once when I'm at work. Now another one of the fillings fell out so a total of two fillings fell out.

We recently moved to the Green Bay area and Midwest Dental was recommended to us by a coworker. Having worked for a dentist for 3 years, I was a bit hesitant to try a "chain" dentist as I had not heard very good things about them. I can gladly share that Dr Metzler is a very kind and gentle dentist. He explained everything to me before fixing my tooth and was very thorough in his explanations of what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist!

My family goes to Midwest Dental on University Ave. Green Bay, Wi. I appreciate the friendly employees, from the front desk all the way to the dental chair area. They are very nice and do an excellent job. Our Great grandson had his teeth straightened and he looks like a new person. It was done by DR. Just and I considered the end results nothing short of a miracle. He had teeth growing in the roof of his mouth and they have all been moved to where they belong all in one year's time wearing braces. No surgery needed. My husband and I also go there and are quite pleased with everything they have done for us.

I was eight minutes late to my appointment and they would not let me get in that day. I had to drive 40 minutes to the appointment and leave work early. Very frustrating that the would not provide more flexibility. I decided to pursue another dentist since the dental services that I received previously were average and nothing special. I would NOT recommend this dental facility.

I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a few years...everyone was so professional and knowledgeable about everything...including information about me! They all took the necessary time to take very good care of me. They educated me as I went through the exam, with no judgment. I would definitely recommend my family, friends, anyone to go here!!
