I had a chipped tooth and called the minute I realized the problem. I was a new patient and they were able to get me an appointment within 2 days of my call. Dr Adam Koch is not only a phenomenally nice person, he is an excellent dentist. The rest of the staff are extremely courteous, friendly, and very professional. As long as I am in the area, they have a life long patient. I appreciate everything and would recommend anyone to them. Thanks for the great care, Oral Health Associates.

Doctor Brian Koch is extremely knowledgeable and answers all of our questions throughly. He explains all procedures prior to performing so we feel comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend him as a Dentist to anyone. His experience and professional manner exceeds all expectations. Additionally, the staff at Bay Oral Associates work well together and are very accommodating to people with busy schedules.

After having negative experiences at other clinics, Dr. Koch and his staff have really made me feel at ease. Easy to work with for appointments, very knowledgeable staff and a relaxing view. They really worked hard to make each visit comfortable. I leave each time knowing what is financially expected and informed about the best ways to keep my mouth healthy. For the first time in years I don't stress about going to the dentist. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

This clinic is absolutely amazing! I found them through Google reviews, and decided to give them a try for an emergency filling last March (2017). The clinic found time and slotted me in immediately. I hadn't been to a dentist in over ten years, and was very anxious. Dr Gardner, and the rest of the staff took the time to get to know me, and understand my apprehension on seeing a dentist regularly. After learning of my fears, they did everything possible to accommodate me and ensure that I had a great experience.
Another huge concern of mine was not being able to afford the treatment, or being surprised on the price at the end of treatment. Fortunately, the clinic was able to provide me with an estimate for my dental work, that was accurate down to the penny, before any work started. They have some of the best pricing around, and the service throughout the entire clinic leaves nothing wanting. Through all of this, they have earned a customer for life. I recommend them to anyone that will listen, and encourage anyone who needs a dentist to try this clinic. I guarantee you will be impressed.

I had put off going to the dentist for over 8 years due to some bad experiences. I was referred to Dr. Brian Koch a couple years ago. My attitude about the dentist has changed 100%, I don't mind going and their expertise and the way they handle my visits is exceptional. I would recommend to anyone to give them a try.
