Poor service. The initial woman who greeted me was pleasant. After telling her the type of vacation I wanted to book she quickly had me sit with one of the agents. The agent was very short with me- she stated multiple times that she was very busy and had a lot of appointments. I have used AAA to essentially book all of my travel and have never had to schedule an appointment to do so. Regardless, I gave her my info and then we communicated by email. After a ton of back and forth (which would have been easier if I could have sat down with her or if she offered me an appointment) it would have been more smooth. Rather, I would ask three questions and get a response answering only one of those questions. I ended up just calling the resort myself to ask questions and they also gave me a price quote of $500 less for the EXACT same resort, room, flights! Needless to say, I will not be using this branch again. Will take the short trip to Appleton instead next time!

Very helpful, polite, and knowledgable staff. Efficient handling of our needs for trip information and passport photos. Was also able to get good info for planning a future trip. Membership required for most services, but that should be an obvious given

Went there today to purchase a trip, looking to talk to a "Professional" to get some information on where we should go between two places. Got told im not a AAA Member and she couldnt help me. Threw me 2 business cards of two other women that WERE NOT THERE, and was told bye. Terrible experience and I will now go elsewhere because of how i was treated!
