This comment is on Wells Fargo Branch at University Dr, Green Bay, WI location. I went there at noon on 6/20. There were approx. 15 people waiting in line and only two customer service people, However I saw one guy walking back and forth behind customer service rep doing nothing. I waited for 5 minutes and not a single person moved out of line, I asked the guy why doesn't he open an extra desk and serve customers instead of walking back and forth and he replied I am a banker can't touch the money. What a poor service. Where is MY PMA service that I signed up for ??? This the the worse customer service location out of 5 banks I work with. I am planning to move most of money out they should not benefit on my money if they can't provide me the prompt service when I visit them., since they did not show any willingness to help, I walked out of the bank and they lost my 50,000 deposit that I was going to give them for use of my money for nothing !!!!

I walked in to check out the customer service because I was going to open an account today. There was a teller doing nothing, just sitting there. It was 9:20 am. She asked if she could help me so I asked for change for a one hundred dollar bill. She asked if I had an account there, I answered no.She laughed and asked someone else if she could give me change and they both agreed not to. If you are paying people to do nothing and you can't even make change for people I know better than to open an account with Wells Fargo.

this wells fargo branch provided excellent service. after getting all my transactions done at the window, the employee set me up with a banker who took care of everything. they even asked if i wanted some coffee while i was waiting for the banker. a good branch to go to.
