They have the meats, but if you want a good deal on them go for their happy hour. I think it's from 2 till 4pm or something like that, otherwise I think they are too expensive for fast food.

Food is overpriced but it taste above average. Customer service isn't great and it doesn't fit the price, but overall its conveniently located near the mall. It's your call on if you should come here or not.

Took nearly two minutes before the obviously upset woman to even acknowledge our presence, then then was very short with us when she took our order. After waiting half an hour and seeing others who had come in after us get their food I finally went up and asked about the status of our order. She walked away, presumably to check, but then we waited at least another minute before I had to get her attention again, which was when she informed me that she had lost the receipt. No apology, no trying to help make it better, just that was what happened. When I found out that in half an hour our food wasn't even started I asked for a refund. While waiting she told me her boss was an idiot and was short-staffed, and even though I hadn't been in customer service for a while I'm pretty sure complaining to the customers is a no-no still.
As we left my wife had cleaned the table save for the soda cups, the only thing we had gotten, and then she snarked at us for not tossing them! Are you kidding?! The store was not terribly busy and being short staffed is no excuse for that abysmal customer service. If you are looking for somewhere to eat there are plenty of great places on Oneida St, but this was definitely not one of them and I recommend steering clear.

Went to lunch with a friend that has allergies and is on a limited diet. Only ordered turkey with no bun or anything on it. It took explaining it three times for the kid at the register to try to get it right.
