Wait staff are attentive but food is mediocre at best. I have given this restaurant many opportunities to change my mind on that. No matter where you go the odds are, because of the amount of customs an establishment gets, there will be mistakes. That being said I have been to Grazies several times and each time was lack luster. My lasagna was burnt, not golden brown but blackened and then there was about a pound of cheese on top that was melted to try and cover it up. When you bite into lasagna and it is rock hard so you spit it out and it is black, you reconsider your dining choices. That was one of many issues I have had with the food but that being said I have been willing to give them another chance on many occasions because alot of my friends rave about it in a positive light. Hit or miss

My favorite Italian place in Green Bay. Less chain, more sports bar meets romantic dining. Their bread and oil is awesome. I've tried probably half the pastas on the menu and I've liked every one. The Thai Ginger is a really cool play on peanut chicken, pesto is great and some of their dishes have these little button mushrooms that just absorb the sauce and taste awesome. They also have stone fire pizzas, but im in it for the pasta so I've not tried them outside the PB&J pizza they serve on the kids menu (which is really good by the way). They get busy fast on weekend evenings so I recommend getting there early or expect to wait.

Food is spot on! Everything is made from scratch and delicious. Due to that fact, it is a bit pricey. Still a great experience!

UPDATE (was 5 stars)
We've been going here for years. And over that time, I feel the service has been lacking. Customer service is very important to me, it's more important than the quality of the food. Hopefully this improves otherwise, I need to find a new favorite restaurant.

Great experience! Server was very friendly. Everything we ordered was delicious. No complaints. Really loved the calamari.
