It wasn't like I remember the old stores around Green Bay. They had the same chicken, pizza, and ice cream but it all seemed more expensive. I got a mini sub that was $5 and felt like it was smaller than a 6" from Subway. It was a good sandwich but I would expect chips or drink included for that price. There was ice cream in the display case but none in the freezer.

Hansen's is a mere shadow of it's former self. To say the place is run down would be an understatement. The front of the counter shows water damage, the decor is faded, cleanliness seems to be optional, ice cream freezers were noticebly empty and what was in there looked like it was tossed in. There is a sign hanging on one of the freezer doors stating that they are not able to get gallon ice cream at this time but they can make you up a pint...that sign has been there for at least 3 yrs probably more, literally..half of the ice cream containers in case for serving were empty & several others looked like they had been there a really long time. The older woman that seemed to be in charge looked like she hated her job and was annoyed that she had customers. One man asked for extra cheese for his take home pizza..she bagged it and threw it on the pizza. There were 2 exceptions to this unbelievably horrible visit..their chicken is still great and the 2 teenagers that were working, actually were working hard, they were friendly, smiling and engaged..if not for the teens and the chicken I would have given a lower score.

Tasty food, good prices. But service needs to be better. Counter layout is a nightmare with no line order at all. I ordered chicken, paid but had to wait for potato wedges. No prob. 5 min. Another person came ordered chicken and my chicken was given to them. So sitting here in an uncleaned chair and table waiting for 15 more minutes. Looking around...wow, this place is gross.

Good pizza but service is terrible. Place is filthy and so smokey its hard to breathe. Ive seen spilled drinks on the floor and nobody came to clean up. Ice cream is blah. Generic ice cream at the grocery store is better.
