In the shadow of Lambeau Field, but not your typical sports bar. If you’re looking for jalapeño poppers, onion rings and wings this isn’t your place. This is a creative menu more similar to that of a trendy fusion restaurant. Of course the beer is awesome and reasonably priced and don’t forget to grab your free stickers in the gift shop.

I hesitated about going to Hinterland based on recent bad reviews. My parents and I were looking for somewhere to go that wouldn't be too crazy. Food was delicious service was good, but a tad slow, and we could talk without yelling. I would visit again.

I loved the old one, but the new location unfortunately has many issues. I wanted to love it; the space is amazing! Then we got the menus. The beer selection is much smaller than the old location and very little selection outside of their base beers. The food menu is also smaller, and more expensive. They removed the coffee drinks altogether. I get it, I used to work in restaurants and this venue is clearly optimized for a large amount of customers. I’d be ok with the smaller offerings and higher prices if they delivered on the items they had, but they did not. Many of our items were not served correctly or later came back to tell us they were out and had to reorder. On top of that they auto added 20% tip to the bill even though we were only a table of 5. I asked management their policy and they said when a table of 6 or more. Terrible experience; will not go back.

Brought family here from out of town today. Very disappointed. Fruit flies in our food, drinks, flying all over. Never has that happened at a restaurant before. We did not stop trying to kill them while we were there. Need to get that taken care of. Hopefully someone from the company will let us know why that was.

One word, LOUD! Definitely not the place that you would want to go for a quiet or intimate date night. While the design and interiors are on trend and very visually appealing, it is all hard surfaces with nothing to absorb the noise of the kitchen or people talking. My husband and I couldn't even have a conversation and we were located at a back corner table. The food wasn't bad, but not impressive, especially for the price. I would probably give them a second chance down the road once they worked out the kinks. Until then I'll have to give them 2 stars.
