After waiting 30 minutes in line to get some chicken we finally make it up to the window! Then the cashier takes my card and seconds later tells me they are out of Breasts and Thighs and asks if we want to wait another 25 minutes for the chicken to get done. I ask if there is going to be anything for our EXTREMELY LONG wait time and she laughed and said "Uh, no." I guess I shouldn't be surprised because I've had 45+ minute waits at this location and have had them NOT tell me they are out of Breasts and just substitute them for two drumsticks before... want some advice? SATAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! THIS LOCATIONS EMPLOYEES COULDN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT IF IT WERE DONE FOR THEM!

The staff handled the large number of people wanting to order with efficiency. The orders were completed within a reasonable time frame. Typical KFC.

Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes. No people inside. Slowest fast food I have ever had.

KFC is decent. This specific location is garbage. I waited until my 3rd screwed up order to write this. I have been told they are short staffed 2 of the 3 times I was there. Cold food. Wrong orders. Long wait. Ugh.
