I worked at Lombardi as a cook for over a year so I know the standards of the food. Anything I've got from this store was poorly made/handled. EXCEPT the wings. They are exceptional. Definitely my favorite, but it's kinda a damper when you gotta wait like an hour for wings.

The food is pretty good as far as Pizza Hut goes, my main issue is whenever I have to talk to someone on the phone about an order. The last two times have determined I won't be ordering again. First time there was a delivery screw up, wrong pizza, simple enough fix no big deal. I call and for some reason it takes just over 15 minutes on the phone for my pizza to be sent. It's simple, send it, if you want to check to make sure the pizza that was sent was wrong I have it, simple. The second time my order didn't go through for some reason, call again, and much like the first time the staff is plain rude to customers and unaccommodating. As said previously I won't be ordering again.

Man over the phone was very rude, seemed to be annoyed with someone calling.. the delivery driver was pleasant and friendly though.

This store is literally 0.1miles away from my house I received a text saying my food is on the way which should of took 3 mins at most seeing I'm maybe 10 houses away the driver drove right by as I stood on my porch I sat out there for 20 mins called the store which they did not answer the 2 calls i placed than he drove by again going back to the store the same driver pulled out maybe 5 mins later and almost drove right by again if I wouldn't of walked towards the street it was like he wasn't even looking at the house numbers...my food was cold missing my dipping sauce and still gave him a tip. I have always had good experiences with this location but after tonight I will never order delivery again

This is our closest Pizza Hut but it always seems to be fairly average. Our cheese sticks were slightly burned, and one of our pizzas was cut with some huge pieces and some small pieces which we found odd. Quick to be able to pick up though!
