Staff was polite. Service was extremely slow. Waited at the counter for 7 min before we were acknowledged. This is a normal occurrence. Food was ok partially cold fries were fresh and person making them was not salting any of them

Place looks grubby outside and in. Staff could use a pep talk. One soda fountain that serves one person at a time and not elderly friendly.

Long wait today with nobody in line. Always cold food! My burger better be hot enough to melt the cheese. I will not be patronizing this location for some time. Get your S#@t together.
