Well, I had previously written a review praising this company. My opinion of them had DEFINITELY changed. I would avoid them at all cost!! They only want your money and then they want to be done with you. I have spent a lot on money at Future Fitness, one of the item being a not tub. I contacted them asking them to move the hot tub for me. This is a 15-20 minutes job, they said the cost would be $200. I agreed and paid the fee. The next day they contacted me and said they had made a mistake the price would be over $1000 and it would void the warranty. REALLY are you serious?? Void the warranty!! So I guess if you move your TV, or your frig, etc that will void the warranty!! This shows me they only want your money and then they are done with you!! I would recommend taking your business ANYWHERE but here. Find a place that believes in service after the purchase without ripping you off. Funny part about this is I had already picked out additional items to purchase from them for my remodel, and they just lost money and customers.
