All the staff was wonderful, everyone was friendly not only to us but to all 5 of our puppies. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire building.

We brought our two dogs in for a check up and shots. All of the staff were very friendly with us and our dogs. One of our dogs didn't do well with the shots (he is a Chihuahua) and at the time I was very concerned because he started acting strange. I thought he was having some kind of reaction. The doctor was extremely attentive to him and myself (I was in tears because I was afraid something was wrong). After some assessment the doctor determined that he was probably just sore from all the shots and procedures that were done. The doctor gave him some anti-inflammatory medication to help with the discomfort. The staff stayed over 30 minutes past closing just to make sure that he started to improve and was not having an allergic reaction. I apologized for them having to be there so late and they were very understanding about everything, the lady at the desk even told me, "it's all about the pets". The doctor gave me an emergency number to call just incase his condition would worsen once we got home and sent us home with some benadryl to give him if he would start to have a reaction. Thankfully, when we got home our little guy was back to normal. The next day the doctor, as well as the staff, called both my husband and I wondering how our dog was doing. You can tell that they really care about what they do!

Always careful and attentive to my kitties...been struggling to get a diagnosis for asthma and they listened and took the time to explain all the treatment options. Last vet blew it off like it was nothing. Very happy with this doc.

We love this place. Ever doc we see, is amazing. Front desk staff are amazing...

I would give staff an A for friendliness and a seemingly genuine compassion for animals. Groom was also good. Not the best, as my husky still had loose hair afterward, and when I go to Petco East, that never happens, but also better than any other vet grooming salon I've been to.

I give such a low score because my dog got Kennel Cough from the place and I can't say I am happy with the $100 in bills and medication that costed me.
