The wait time was not long which was great! The front desk staff was nice and friendly but when we got to the back the nurse and the PA that saw us weren't the friendliest! That's the only reason I didn't give 5 starts. Customer service matters!!

This place has some really rude abd disrespectful staff. At 730 this morning I went onto the website for Fast med to schedule an 830 appt which was confirmed via text message and email. Arrived at FastMed at 805. Upon arrival there was a blonde nurse very rude and eating food I nicely informed her that i had an 830 appt to which she asked rudely for my I'D and insurance card, was given a clipboard and told to full out papers and bring back up to them. I finished the paperwork to which I walked back up to the desk and gave the other female who was very rude also the clipboard and asked if they could bill me for the copay was told no. So I went to pay it and she rudely stated I need you credit card and I asked why she stated it was in the paperwork that they would bill the remaining balance to a credit card. The only way you don't have to give your credit or debit card is if you have Medicad or Medicare. I will never go back there again.

One of the best experiences. Super nice and very friendly. From the receptionist from nurse to the Dr. everyone was smiling and extremely sweet.

Overly impressed with how simple the registration process online was. And my husband was able to take our daughter in at the scheduled time & was in and out in 35 minutes. And we were absolutely pleased with the services we received!

Last time I will be visiting this location! I would rather drive 2 hrs away to visit a location that I have better service at!!! I went in last Tuesday, Doctor FORGOT to sign the paper that I needed her to sign and I asked the staff numerous times during my visit to make sure it got signed and filled out. Thought, no big deal I'll just come back the next day because I was already late for work. Came back, she wasnt there. Asked when she would be back in I was told Sunday-Tuesday(today)! Went in today to get her to sign the paper, guess what? SHE WASNT THERE!!!! Not to mention I needed the paper last Friday for school! So here I am having to wait 3 more days to see if she will be there to sign the paper because the other Doctor there will not sign it because he did not see me, which is understandable. I will NEVER visit here again, and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone again! And the staff at the front desk is not very nice/respectful. She acted like I was crazy when I asked her what Doctor was working! If you don't like your job, simply find a new one or at least act like you like your job! I would love to speak with someone higher up in management at this location! On the bright side, the nurse I saw the day I went in, was very nice and helpful! I loved her attitude and personality!
