First, let me mention that I pay for the wellness plan ($30 monthly fee and I pay it for two dogs so $60 a month) and let me tell you that the wellness plan is a waste of money and this specific location is a scam that tries to take your money. My puppy was not eating and they had told me he had to be sedated, have an xray, do blood work and a rectum exam when they didn't even do a rectum exam and just looked at him (Did not even check him). Also, as a vet she did not seem pet friendly.. and my puppy was scared of her. When he was taken to another vet he did not need to be sedated, he was perfectly fine and they said an xray and blood work was not necessary at all. They were trying to talk me into $700 vet bill. The nurse/tech was extremely nice and pet friendly however.

I'm totally disappointed in them! I have been in business with them for a while (not to mention I pay for their wellness plan fee) and when I needed their help the most, they wouldn't hear me out as how concerned I am with my pet health situation! I couldn't agree more with Katy Mims and her situation. I'm going through the same scenario! And the worst thing is that i live out of town 45min away and drove to thier location because I was told to do so and he would be seen right away! When arrived, that was not what they did and blamed someone else for their mistakes and misjudgment! I left and came back to my local vet where they took immediate response to my concern! I will be taking my pet there from now on! Did not expect such thing from Bandfield!

First I'd like to say that Dr. Stewart is the NICEST vet I've dealt with in Greenville. The techs and front desk people are also very friendly. However, I've seen 3 vets at Banfield and overall they haven't been able to help me with my situation. I understand that veterinarian is tricky but my dog has only gotten worse and worse after each new visit. He has some kind of allergy and he is prone to eye infections. I've visited countless times and tried all of their recommendations and he just keeps getting worse. I always leave feeling rushed out and as if they aren't listening to what I am trying to tell them. My dog is scratching himself to the point of bleeding, so I am taking my business elsewhere for a second opinion.

Dr. Stewart is without a doubt the best vet I've ever taken any of my animals to. The staff is always so helpful and the follow up calls after any procedure is a nice touch. It really makes me feel like my pets are values patients. And I absolutely love that they're open 7 days per week.
