As always, working with Enterprise on the spur of th moment was simple. Their employees are thoughtful and pleasant. The quality of the cars is excellent and not too expensive.

Rented a car for a week. The car was delivered to me not cleaned out like the car was just turned in. I found an empty bottle of liquor and an unopened bottle of wine under the front passenger seat. My advice to future renters not only walk around the vehicle but check the inside. I got pulled over and that's how I found the bottles. Luckily I knew the officer. I brought to enterprises attention. They only offered me a few dollars of my already expensive weekly bill.

Great service. Friendly staff. Took care of me quickly and correct. Also shook my hand and told me to have a safe trip. Will return again when I need to rent a vehicle

I was given a car filled with a smoke smell. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. I learned on returning the car that I could have taken it to any store on my way and swapped it for another car. I was given a discount on my next rental for my troubles. Good PR.
