They are very expensive and always looking for reason to charge you.
I lost 2 hours of my life i'll never get back, and got nothing accomplished while there.

Wonderful experience yesterday at Aspen Dental.....had some bad experiences with them in the past but they have improved 100%.

I came here when I was 5 months pregnant when I went here instead of my regular dentist only because they were booked for so long and there dentist told me I needed a root canal on my tooth that didn't hurt that had a bad cavity and possibly on a different tooth plus he said I had 10 other cavities it just didn't seem right too me so I went ahead and made a dentist appointment at my original office and instead I don't need any root canals at all and 4 less cavities then what Aspen told me and this is 4 months later after I had my bundle of joy. To me it just seems like they are trying to rip people off and I will personally never go there again.

Avoid this place at all cost. The staff mocks patients right in front of them, they don't give adequate care ( had 3 teeth pulled and they didn't use a single suture, so I still have gaping holes in my mouth), you ask for something specific, they talk you in circles until you finally give in to what they want which is whatever will make them more money. After having my teeth pulled the doctor spoke so fast I couldn't understand a single post-op instruction, they gave me a copy of the instructions but they are so illegible I can't make out what the papers say. This place is a shining example of medical monopolizing and 0 care for patients.

The hygienist is great, Brittany). Does a wonderful job. If not for her I wouldn't come back. Besides that, they want to do x-rays every 6 months because they say my insurance pays for that. We'll see. Also, they always want to give me a fluoride treatment, which I have to pay for. There is fluoride in my water so I always have to deny. Why can't they note my records that I will allow x-rays once a year and no fluoride treatments? It would make me feel more like a real patient instead of someone just coming in off the street.
