I came to this place on a whim considering they're one of the only places around me that take my insurance, the wait was a long time but I will say the young lady Stephanie that brought me back was very kind and had a big heart. It had been a while since I had gone to the dentist and Stephanie was very kind and took all of my x rays, she apologized for the long wait and kept me laughing while I waited on my doc. Thank you for making my experience better and calming my fear of the dentist Stephanie.

I brought my two teenagers and my five year old in for the first visit in this office. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The office has a great play area with a jungle gym, slide, video games, and movies! (Socks only in the play area) The ex-ray tech seemed irritated that my kids had to put their shoes on when she called us back. She did not give clear direction while showing us to the exam area and also seemed to expect my kids to know what to do for the ex-ray. The dentist was amazing! She was friendly and joyful. She saw each child from oldest to youngest because she saw that my five year old was scared. By the time it was his turn she had made him trust her enough to jump in the chair and open wide. This was the BEST dental visit my kids have ever had! Everything was explained to each child in a way they understood without talking down to them at all. While at the check out area the staff continued to be sociable and very helpful. I definitely recommend this office for young and old alike.

I was happy with the work I had done. My son uses your service and recently my daughter has been in to see you. We all had positive experiences. My only complaint is the long wait. Usually 2 hours after my appointment we are called back. This is not acceptable to me. I must say my last visit we only waited for a half hour. What a pleasant surprise!

Such a great place. Can always get an appointment when needed. Clean, kid friendly environment. My husband and kids enjoy coming to the dentist and always leave with a smile and new education and the tools needed to maintain my oral health.

I'm personally baffled by the wealth of negative reviews on here. I started going to Dental Dreams about 6 months ago after avoiding the dentist for SEVENTEEN YEARS. I was terrified, to say the least. The staff put me at ease and especially Dr. Singh, who understood my apprehension and calmed me without pandering to me. I have since had extensive work done by Dr. Singh and, naturally, spent lots of time in this office. I have been pleased with all my work as well as the chairside manner of the dentist and the assistants. All of my options have always been explained to me to the fullest extent until I understood things. I am also especially surprised to see such negative reviews of the reception/ admin staff, who are always nice, cheerful and professional. Does the place run like clockwork? No, of course not. This is a business that accepts walk-ins. Businesses that accept walk-ins cannot, by their very nature, run like clockwork. Appointments must be fluid in such an establishment--a fact I have always understood (as well as actually appreciated on the occasions I myself had to show up without an appointment). The world needs places that accept walk-ins and this is such a place; bring a book, but if you make your appointment early in the day, you'll be fine. Make sure you ask questions about your care and you'll be fine. Make sure you don't mind the sound of children and you'll be fine. Ask for Dr. Singh, if you can. I had to leave this practice because my insurance changed and I now have to find a new dentist, but I'd return if I could. Highly recommended.
