Dr. Robert Carman, Dr. Jason Marone, and their group are excellent, caring, and the best of their profession in Harrisburg, PA and surrounding areas. I was first seen by them in the ER at West Shore Hospital in May of 2015. I had to have an emergency blood transfusion and emergency surgery. I did not have to wait very long at all from the time they were called to the time they arrived. They explained what was going on and what they would be doing and made sure I understood, answered all the questions I had and all in a very compassionate and caring manner. I was certain I was in good hands. On December 23, 2016 I was in the ER, was not feeling well at all, I was very pleased and thankful to have them be called in, they again were there very quickly and upon them getting me stable I was able to be released at around 1pm on Christmas Day and am following up with them for further care. I can not thank them enough

I do not know anything about the doctors, but I stopped in their office by mistake to pick up records on May 3 at 10:47 a.m.. The receptionist was very abrupt, rolled her eyes, and acted likely was really bothering her. There was only one person in the waiting room. How stressed could she be? The receptionist in the office next door said that they get many complaints about how that receptionist mistreats people. They need to put someone in that position that appreciates having a job. Doctors, look how many people you may be losing because of her! I'd never want to go there! Little side note: when she told me where I needed to go, I said " thank you, maybe they'll be nicer".
