I there a few minutes after 7pm. And was leaving at 8pm for a DOT physical. I got lucky that they were not busy. But they were very helpful and pleasant.

Concentra staff are very helpful and friendly. Also their location is ideal, not too far from home or work. I love that they have everything in one place too. Super convenient for someone like me who lives paycheck to paycheck.

The receptionist was very polite and had great Customer service and the young lady who ran my tests was very professional and polite. She was really caring. However, the doctor was gruff and not to concerned and kind of rude. Otherwise the two ladies that were before him I loved. They showed that they cared.
