We waited 5 hours in the waiting area to be helped! ! I don't understand why this is called an emergency room when I have to wait for hours to get helped. My wife had a badly scrapped knee and it was swelling. They either don't have enough medical staff or they just take their sweet ass time! You may want to consider Holy Spirit or Hershey Medical. I would not recommend this ER to anyone! !

. I have been waiting for 5 hours.they haven't even called us yet .. too much wait .. this is the slowest hospital I've ever been in my entire life😒

An old spinal injury flared up and was making breathing very difficult. My PCP's office sent me to the ER. After 3 hours of wheezing in the waiting room I get lectured on how this is something for my PCP to deal with, not the ER. I explain that they were the ones who sent me to the ER in the first place, so they start telling me that it wasn't possible to be in pain because there are no nerves in a person's back. I was then given a page on back sprains, told to ice it, and followed out by security.

Very bad hospital.. My mom has been in and out without them finding what's wrong with her. She has major heart problems and breathing problems likes she's under water what do they do send her home.... So take yourself to Hershey, cause they care about their patients....

If I could give zero stars I would but I have never eccountered a worse hospital in my life. They neglected my grandmother so much so that they didn't bother to change her outfit or even wipe her down with wipes for over 2 weeks. And then it was only done because we had to request it. REQUEST IT. WE HAD TO REQUEST HER PROPER CARE. AND THEN SHE ONLY GOT IT AFTER FIGHTING WITH THE NURSES. This hospital made going to see her a pity. I have never been so disgusted with a care facility in my whole life. This hospital was a disappointing and disgusting excuse for a hospital.
