I have been going here for the past few years with many visits. I can't say enough good things about this practice. The staff is professional and courteous and very kind. My doctor is an amazing man. He's full of empathy and cares deeply helping. I highly recommend them .

Staff friendly, doctor had no clue of what was going on but to his defense, I was a referral. He still could of review my case because I feel the appointment wasn't schedule for two to three weeks after referral. I wasn't there long.
Now, the billing is ridiculous. Supposedly, sent me a bill I was told. They said they sent me two in the seven months after being seen, no phone call to inquire payment. They sent it to collections.
I called them to inquire, I got the cold shoulder as I was given sorry about your luck. Not our concern or problem when they could have stopped it from collection and the 40 percentage the collection agency collects too.
So much for new patients impression.

I don't recommend them. I won't be back. My fault for not reviewing the ratings and reviews before my visit.

I heard of places out for the money, but without patients you all wouldnt be in business. Thanks Barbara and to your boss Tracy (for taking the time to not to talk to me directly). Shows how much the your there to help.
The one is just being generous. Definitely, dissatisfied.

Absolutely horrible! I work in the medical field and they were horrible to my mother. My mother was someone who has always worked 2 jobs to support her kids and when she is in pain it's because something is wrong. They pushed her off like she was a drug addict! Absolutely horrible.

Once I arrived I was in the waiting room for an hour. than once I got to the back I sat for about 45 min. Than the dr comes in and tell me how I don't need injections and because I'm pregnant I should only take Tylenol. Not to mention that my obgyn sent a letter saying it was ok to get the injections and it was completely safe. I have gotten these injections in the past and they have worked for about 3 months. Unfortunately where i got them the Dr no longer is there. The dr than stated this injection wouldn't work for my problems. I'm sorry but I've been through this and know from experience they work. SO about after a 15 min discussion of how I shouldn't get it he finally agree to do the injection. At this point I've been here for about 2 hours. Ive never felt so disrespected. IM not sure where other patients have felt the Drs care. This one did not care and was only there to tell me I was making a mistake. I will say the only pleasant person there was the nurse that helped him. I will not be returning and will make the drive to Carlisle. The rating deserves 0 stars but I had to mark atleast 1.

The doctors are great! The support staff is HORRIBLE! They don't care, they don't WANT to care, and if you happen to get a phone call from them beware - they're (there's no other way to say this) mean. Just plain mean. If the injections didn't help me as much as they do, I'd just go without so I wouldn't have to deal with the support staff.
