I have used the Rob Shaw Allstate agency since I moved to this area over 30 years ago. In that time, I have had to file several claims on my home and cars. Recently, I bought a new home, and I took that time to review other insurance companies. Allstate's rates remain competitive, and because of the great service I have always received from this office, I decided to keep my policies with Allstate.

Robert and his staff are excellent! They are always helpful and are very knowledgeable about all their products. Nancy is incredibly patient and thorough. She made understanding changes to our policy easy and the process for making the changes painless.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, ABOVE and BEYOND THE BEST INSURANCE AVAILABLE! We have had to deal with other companies, and they don't have the 24/7 service and technology as well as team-centered approach that Allstate does! In 26 years, we were hit by other drivers 3 times. Allstate showed compassion for your physical well being as well as made the claim process as easy as it could possibly be. They offer support, efficiency, and stood behind us 100%. Rob Shaw is an excellent insurance agent. He is a kind, friendly person that is there for all our insurance needs. He works hard and efficiently for us. He provides a quality service for a great price.

My experience with Rob Shaw and Allstate has been excellent! Quick and very responsive when we needed to change our auto and house policies. He answered all our questions and even had suggestions on how to save us money... Very Happy! Highly recommend!
