Jim cares about people, He didn't just try and sell products to me, he saw what my needs were and just told me about how State Farm could help me for those areas. Jim just wants to help people have what they need.

JIm and his team are great people.... friendly and very helpful. I stopped at his office to report a small claim and ...wow, I had a check in hand the next day. That's what I call service.
