If a Less than one star option was available I would use it. Consistantly the worst customer service. Will store credit card numbers when asked not too and will send medications that are not on auto ship and force you to pay for them. I have YET ....in 10 years... found one thing about the service I like other than the cost of the generic meds they always switch me to. If you are able to use another service.....for God's sake...RUN !!!

My daughter received an automated voicemail asking her to call concerning her prescription. She did, and they cut her off and asked her why she was calling! My daughter said, you left me the message so you tell me. My daughter said the rep was rude and obnoxious.

The culture of this organization is such that everything is done in a manner that is expedient for the company, always at the expense of the customer. Their online services are abominable, for instance:
trying to pay an eight dollar invoice online could not be accomplished and it was in a constant loop of signing in hitting the billing and then signing in again.

The customer service is on my top five horrible places. I've had a couple of good people that have been helpful, but by in large this is what I hear the most, "Sorry we can't do that." This means I have to ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. Within a couple of moments the problem is resolved. I could go on and on but why bother.

My insurance company has requested that we use Express Scripts and the beginning was a little rough, but now it is right on the money. I called them and told them not to enroll me in the auto fill program and that seemed to take care of my issues… too many pills too fast.

Now, I go online and order them when I get low on the med. It comes w/in a few days and is very very reasonable. I have no complaints and I would recommend it to my friends.

Just make sure that IF the person you talk with (to set you up) does not seem to get what you are saying - wait a day and call back. Persistence helps and it does not hurt to make sure you are getting exactly the schedule you need.
