Second time having steak at Applebees, first time at this location, and both have been very tough. But all other dishes were delicious.

Service was slow. Never got the coffee I wanted. Happy hour was only for select drinks. We were not told before hand. Didn't play a game, but was charged anyway. Couldn't pay server because computers were down. Bad bad place.

Place totally sucks, got there after watching a play in the Harrisburg Forum Auditorium and waited over 15 mins after being seated, watched how the party of 16 people that got seated after us got their drinks and we didn't even get a hi from the waitress, we ended up walking out of the place and headed to Smokey Bones in York where service was terrific, simply awesome.

We got there around 4pm. Waited at least 5 minutes to be greeted and seated (we were looked at a few times, we were the only people to come in at that time and no one else was waiting to be seated.) Finally got seated by the bartender. Table, seats, and under the table were dirty. Waiter got to us pretty quickly and the food came out pretty quickly. Had to search for someone to give us utensils. Went to pay on kiosk when done and they tried to make us pay for something we didn't get. While waiting another 10 minutes for it to be removed, we went to use the bathroom. 3 stalls... 1 had blood on the seat, another seat was dirty with feces in it, and the last seat was dirty with blood in it. My 6 year old daughter refused to use any of them even with me saying I'd clean one. So we went back to our seat only to find they still hadnt removed the item from our bill. Waiter came out and said he'd do it himself.
Not impressed at all. Will not go back to that Applebee's ever again.

Avoid this place like a plague. Slow service. Tables that sat down after us got drinks, we were still waiting for the server to at least greet us. Had something nasty on the outside of my drink cup. Server seem disorganized. Inability to multitask, which is necessary for a server. Heard other tables trying to get his attention. Apparently not attentive to the customers needs. Only positive note is the food came hot. I got the 1/2 BBQ ribs + Chicken meal.
