This place is frustrating. No matter how you play the games, you end up with 2-5 tickets max. You need to spend a small fortune in order to get a decent prize. It wouldn't be a problem, but they rope you into these "packages" There are coupons and everything. You buy a package and get all these tokens and your kids think they are going to win some sweet prizes. But, even when I played the games, with the ability and skill of an adult, the max payout is 2-5 tickets. I was pretty disappointed.

Waited 45 minutes for wings, and when I walked up to the counter and asked about them the worker brought them out. I asked her if they'd been sitting out long and she told me I could touch them to see. She had such an attitude that I waited until the morning to call for a manager, who was also rude, and said "well why didn't you talk to a manager last night?". I had 4 children with me two of which were under the age of 1, and it was a little hectic, so waiting until the morning was best. Neither the manager or the worker apologized.

My sister and I took my niece and nephew to this location. Never been to chuck e cheese before so it was all new to us. Really figured there would be someone to greet the customers, and ask if they have ever been there before and if not an explanation of how things work would have been nice (how to get play passes) We started out by having pizza.. we waited for a long time, and when it finally came to our table it was barely warm like it had been sitting for awhile. Played the games and had fun. we ended the night with 1000 tickets..wish there were better prizes.
