First off let me say that the chicken is amazing as always. The two stars is for the sorry rump customer service this place provides. I have been getting chicken here for 4 years and I am always welcomed by someone short of patience yet full of attitide. People who work here have the worst attitudes!

This place is a nightmare. Staff was nice but that’s where it ends. Waited 20 min for a 4 piece meal. Manager kept telling me and other guests that she was going to compensate us.... not sure what that meant because I didn’t get anything special. Food turned out good. An actual fork would be nice. Really a spork with a $10 meal??? No ice in the soda machine. Had to ask and wait for Diet Coke to be changed. Every table is dirty. Once I stopped at night and when I pulled in the parking lot there were workers using a garden hose to clean the big white tubs they use for chicken.

I love Popeye's, it's my favorite fast food restaurant. However, this one is substandard. The place isn't clean, their chicken doesn't even taste the same as any other Popeye's and it isn't tender and juicy which Popeye's is known for. I've been to Popeye's in several different states and all have been delicious except this one! Find a different location!

If i could give a 0 I would only thing worse then the food we received was the staff, she was very rude and could not be bothered! We even went at the height of lunch time and normally food is pretty fresh, not ours like warm and tasted reheated! Spent 20$ and we might as well have just ate the money maybe we would have been satisfied!

Food is usually very good and hot. Parking is lacking. The dinning room is usually filthy and there's rarely ever a clean table to sit down and eat at. Bugs normally surround the soda machine and the whole area around the soda machine is normally dirty. Not sure how often this place is cleaned, but it can't be very frequently. My guess is 1-2 times a day tops.
