If I could give negative stars I would. Told me it would take 20 mins to make a veggie burger that takes 3 mins to cook. I have a limited lunch break. I get there wait and extra 10 mins to find out they never made my burger so I have to go without lunch. They said if I wait around they can put my order in. No thanks assholes.

I have had no problems with staff or wait times for food. Can get busy at times though.

Many issues here, all in the same visit. First, they brought me the wrong burger, nearly 25 minutes AFTER we ordered...I had already taken a bite when they exchanged it. OK, no worries, mistakes happen. We told the manager my wife's sweet potato fries were cold. We were never asked about drink refills or more fries. No adjustment on the bill...no apology. Very poor experience. One and DONE.

Celebrated our birthdays with free burgers. Wait staff were very good. Fries were bottomless.

Our server was amazing and patient serving 3 children and 5 adults. We asked for a lot of things and she didn't fail to deliver. The food was spectacular as usual!
