I work close by so I come here a lot, but over and over I'm disappointed. I'm pretty much done after this past event. This used to be the best sheetz in the area, but for the last year or more has gone down hill. Terribly wrapped wraps, missing ingredients, wrong meats, lack of ingredients. Fountain sodas are so syrupy, diabetes creeps up with every sip. Cleanliness seems to be secondary to everything else and even secondary is an upgrade. Customer service is terrible, cashier rushes you like you're an inconvenience. If you return food, they make it seem like they did nothing wrong. Don't get lettuce on anything or it will make up 50% or more of your sandwhich, sub or wrap. There's about 3 or 4 sheetz within 15 minutes of this place, go there. Youll probably at least get better customer service.

Why is Wawa fast and Sheetz is consistently slow? I'll explain. #1, the line divider is half the walkway width. #2, even if there's a line, the cashiers still tell you about surveys. #3, card swipe machine is out of place. #4, the cashiers offer a "Sheetz card" or its needed for a discount so they talk about it. #5, Deli is slow as a turtle, likely because of equipment chosen by Sheetz corporate who knows nothing about speeding things up. Despite all this, yes Sheetz has great food, but if they can just speed it up, they will make more money. So meanwhile corporate is making the order screens more complicated and slower to order. Not only that, but if you're not paying attention, the average new customer will easily buy something extra that was offered on the screen. This is all good for big corporate I know, but if a Super Wawa open up across the street, you know where half of us are going... So why wait for that day to come, fix it! And by the way, I do like the employees here.
