If I could choose zero stars I would. First and foremost, we called ahead. When we arrived there was already a large party arguing with the host about issues with their seating. So although we called ahead, there were issues getting in the door. Then the clearly clueless host seated us at a table next to the bar in a corner where we sat for 20 minutes, 10 of those where no one even looked in our direction, then the other 10 where we gave a drink order but never received the drinks. We had no server, we never received a menu, and it was the most unprofessional atmosphere I was ever in. And then we left, and have no intention of ever returning ever again. The best part though was the 15 plus people we saw walk out of the restaurant and no one even noticed they left. This was actually painful to experience. I’m not sure how they make any money.

HORRIBLE!! Will never go there ever again. Our waiter Mark was horrible. Ordered my steak well done and they gave it to me rare without the shrimp that I ordered with it, dropped food in my drink as he was serving the food, served my friends some old dry pasta. Brought the shrimp out 10 minutes after we started eating then brought out some bacon wrapped shrimp that we didnt order then said he would take it off the bill. How can u charge something to someones bill that wasnt ordered?? When it finally came time to pay. First he brought me a bill for 0.00 and charged my friend for my food and then after he brought the right bill out he charged the wrong card. My food was charged to my friends card and her food was charged to my card. Just an all around not so pleasant visit. If I could give -5 stars I would. I thought about going back and taking back the tip but I don't have time for that. They just won't get my services again. Please nobody waste your money or time there

This place is terrible. Walked in and sat at the bar. The bar tender walked away as soon as she saw me approaching. I sat there for close to ten minutes. She never came back. The place was practically empty. I see the manager through the kitchen area feeding his face. He walk by the bar whiping his mouth and never even bothered to notice me until I started walking out. Then he asked me what was wrong. I told him I did not have time to sit there being ignored & that I was just going to go across the street to Texas Roadhouse. TR was packed with people and the service was great. Food was also awesome. Do not waste your time at this Fridays.

I went to Friday’s for lunch. Server Allision was good, just loud. Rich was awesome, came over and thank us for our service. Super nice guy!

When the host said the servers name, she looked at us and screamed no. Not really sure why. We then we're waited on by a young man. He was very nice. Food was mediocre at best, cold and everything was so greasy. Seemed as of the buns had some sort of oil or butter slathered on them. We weren't even done eating our meal and he plopped the check on the table. Not a good experience and doubt we will ever be back.
