I'm just sad this place is two hours from home.
Bright casual atmosphere with delicious food for every member of the family. We had a variety of sweet and savory items from the breakfast menu. If you live within driving distance you must do yourself a favor and definitely bring the kids. The rainbow toast and kid-ccinos were a huge hit!

The Tomato Pie Cafe features a creative menu in a modern/rustic setting.

The eponymous Tomatoes Pie is, obviously, delicious. I also really enjoy their Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict. Coffee/espresso drinks, smoothies, and milkshakes are available. I strongly suggest you try their Raw Cappuccino. It's dangerously good.

The first time I went here, the food was amazing. But I've been back several times and each time it gets worse. The service is terrible (I had to wait 30 minutes for them to take my bill and it was not busy at all). And the food keeps getting worse. This will be my last time here, as I sit with a barely-cooked grilled cheese and potato salad that is still frozen. I guess I was hopeful because I heard great things and it was really good before, but I haven't had any luck since.

First of all, their name itself, catches your attention.. doesn't it? Let's start off by saying this had to have been one of the best brunches I've had, ever. I ordered their TPC Croissant. It was perfection. I hardly rave about food like this. The croissant was specifically made for this sandwich. It wasn't a crescent shape, but a bun shape. Ingredients were fresh. My first bite was piping hot!! I also enjoyed their sourdough toast served with homemade? raspberry jam. Service was amazing. In response to the reviews about their lack of service, it was NOT evident during out visit. Our host, waitress were very courteous, and refilled my house coffee several times. Prices were very reasonable and way cheaper than brunch in NYC. So glad we decided to skip breakfast at the hotel and try this spot.

Tomato Pie Café has fantastic food, for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Love their seasonal menu and strong coffee.

Unlike the coffee however, their service is reliably mediocre. I have been here at least a dozen times and never been greeted timely when I come to place an order at the to-go counter. I have had a waitress fail to give me correct change twice, asked a server for napkins and never received them, waited for food over 50 minutes without any attention from the staff.

If they can get their service quality back and staff the place appropriately, they'd easily get 5 stars.
