Love the doctor and the staff. They offer great care and prices. They are genuinely happy to see you and your pet. I gave 3 stars just because the wait time can be a little long. No one likes waiting 25-30 minutes in a room with their anxious pet. I can't say enough nice things about the staff though!

Everyone is so nice and super helpful, they actually care for the animals and give you price options on things you need for your pets. Love them❤❤

I met Dr. Lauren under unfortunate circumstances. My cat was suffering a neurological issue, and I was struggling with what to do. She came to us through Lap of Love, a service that comes to your house so your pet can stay in the own home to say goodbye. I was so impressed by her caring and compassionate manner. I sought her out when my senior dog became sick. She treated my dog like her own. She didn't pressure me to do anthing I couldn't afford or wasn't comfortable with. But, she did give me options and advice. I ended up losing my girl due to the problems getting worse. But, I recently got a puppy, and we are back there. The staff is great! We love them. Couldn't ask for a better vet so close to home.

I took my puppy here once and was never contaced about scheduling future appts for vaccines. When i attempted to call on 3 different days. I was placed on hold over and over again. Until i became so frustrated i said. I get a new vet. This sucks because the lady vet was nice.

It is an awful time when dealing with "end of life" and hospice care for our 4 legged Beloveds. That is when I met Dr Lauren. My two 18 year old brother cats were her patients. Dr Lauren's compassion, reassurance and support was incredible. I have had dogs and cats my whole adult life with many good Vets along the way. She is by far the best in her diagnoses and treatment and follow up. If she says she will call, she does. Losing my last 2 of 3 brothers within months after having them and their Mama cat with me since birth was so traumatic. Don't know how I would have navigated it without Dr. Lauren. She was wonderful and the prices are fair compared to my other experiences. I easily refer my friends to her. Jason was also just great.
