Fuel gauge didnt go all the way to full. Employee told me it's fine that is full. So I brought the car back with a full tank, gauge slightly below full, but it was as much gas as would fit. I even went back and spilled a gallon all over the ground. They still want to charge me since they say I didnt fill up. Lousy service, way to lose a loyal business customer Budget over a millimeter on the fuel gauge.

Budget is the worst business I ever had to deal with. I made reservation on 4-28-17 I couldn't hear the guy and when I asked him to speak up he requested I hang up and call back. When I called budget this morning to let them know I was running behind the guy had no idea what reservation I was talking about but he was able to locate my reservation and was helpful correcting the first guys mistake of making the reservation for Manchester Ct instead of Hartford Ct I also asked for a week from Saturday to Saturday and he made the drop off date for Friday at 5. Then I go to pick up the car in Hartford and Anthony was the only person working there causeing everyone to wait and when I finally reached the counter he didn't care about my issue with the reservation he didn't refer me to customer service he swiped my debit card and said I wasn't approved for credit check but when I asked what the credit score requirement was he wouldn't tell me I walked out but returned to find out who I can ask about the credit score and he finally gave me a paper saying to call equifax witch I did and they said budget never ran my credit. I left and went to enterprise they put me in a car in less then 20 min with no problem and no reservation and for way less money. I will be calling corparate and letting them know how terrible there management is in Hartford Ct and making a complaint with consumer protection. Thank you for wasting my time!!!

worst place I've ever seen! They forced me to upgrade the car i had reserved with a higher payment and that was not their policy! they were out of cars, why do i have to pay for their budget problem

The lady at the front has a major attitude problem. Not helpful at all. I always try to be courteous to everyone I meet. This lady instantly drove me away. I highly regret choosing to speak to her rather than the other gentleman there who was kind. I honestly don't know how they keep her in customer service. She acted like a spoiled teenager. I could almost hear her eyes roll.
