I am a member of Enterprise and I only use this site for my rentals because the staff there is awesome. Sasha and the blonde young lady are the epitome of what Customer Service should be. I recommend them to all of my friends and relatives.

I would love to give this location a higher rating, for the agent who helped me was great. Unfortunately, she was also the only employee available onsite, meaning that she had to do everything, including getting and servicing/cleaning the vehicles. With one other customer ahead of me in line and the phone ringing, it did take 90 minutes from arrival to departure at pickup time, and I was late to my following appointment. I hope the branch ensures appropriate staffing at all times; it should not take so long to get a car. All other elements of the rental experience, including return, were excellent.

Enterprise made my life easier. They didn't give me a hard time. I was in and out...When I needed to extend the rental for a few more weeks they had no problem with it they were more then happy to service my need. The customer service was on point. I appreciate you all at enterprise

Every time I go to this place, I get an excellent customer service. This center is my favorite place when I need to get a rental car. Right from car pick up until it's return, these guys are awesome! I really thank you Will, Adam and Madeline very much for your service :)
