The staff and dentists at this location of Aspen Dental were very professional and courteous. They offered to do a quick fix to improve my smile at the same appointment. I was there for a routine checkup and cleaning. That saved me from having to schedule another appointment which is always appreciated.

I went in for a second opinion on a broken tooth and not only did the doctor see me very quickly, but they were able to advise and do the proceedure immediately. The dentist was very nice and so were all of the staff I was in contact with. Aspen Dental saved me, and my insurance company, a lot of money.

They were so kind and helpful. I have a very small mouth and setting the crown was difficult, but they keep trying, not charging for additional service. Have had similar problem with nationally rated dentist so not a concern about their abilities.

RUN NOW! I call. I get put on hold. A different person answers. THEY put me on hold.
I have been trying for a year to get my partial dentures and KEEP GETTING strung along. Each visit is approximately $90.00 ! When I'm there everyone is sooo nice. There's a long wait when I finally am called in to the exam area and tiny adjustments are made and thats it.
Basically I'm fed up with them and if I weren't so deeply into the process I would switch to a 'real' dentist.
Oh! And my partial looks grotesque, unnatural and fits poorly. I rarely talk to people any more and my self confidence has plummeted.
I would not recommend Aspen Dental and would rather beg, borrow or steal to see a 'real' dentist.

I went in for a Doctor exam and radiographs. Everyone was helpful, nice, and efficient. Janet, the best thing that has ever happened to the office, fit me in for my cleaning too! Everyone there is wonderful, but Janet in particular. She has a way of making you feel so comfortable. Thanks Aspen Dental, Glastonbury!
