When last November in person to see if I can get an appointment the secretary told me they wasn't taking new patients on less I had a relative already been treated there. Ok.

I call this month February, this is 4 months after my first attempt and I was told the same story.

I can't believe this kind of practice by a "professional" call Dr.

Extremely poor service. Stay away and find a dr who actually cares about patients.

30 year client. Called with a medical emergency and was refused accommodation (Dr. Kugelman was unwilling to see me on short notice, i.e. within a few days time). I understand that it takes more than one day to book a normal appointment, and that has nothing to do with the fact that I called asking to be seen under a special arrangement due to acute symptoms. I'm crossing Hartford Dermatology off my recommendation list and am considering registering a formal complaint against the practice.
