I received a message on my phone stating that due to not having insurance my appointment was canceled at adult medicine, then I go to see the Patient advocate I get approved for an spending slide scale, I go for an appointment again and I’m told that I have to reschedule because of insurance and the sliding scale is not in my file. This is ridiculous!!!!!! I’m very disappointed with CHS.

Chs pediatric nurses and doctors are horrible, my daughter has been getting treated there since she was 6 months and I recently brought her in for a check due to her school was concern about the days she has been from a illness, when one of the doctor seen my child they basically stated for the last 5 years my child has been miss diagnosis and ever doctor before the one who seen her today was wrong and then basically told me it was nothing they can do to help my child.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful and comforting. They do soo much to help our community and for that myself and my family are very grateful. I am a patient here for Adult Medicine as well as Dental, I must say I am very pleased with both areas. I was afraid to get dental work done as many of us are but I was able to overcome this fear from the Receptionist up front to the Dentist in the back. I am glad to say I have my beautiful smile back! Thank you CHS!

I have to say that it really sucks to have to give this whole facility a 1 star for the few.
Yet, I chose this as my course of action because I truly believe that it takes a team for anything to run smoothly, even more so when it's a medical facility.
Not only was the wait extra long, the ladies at the front desk behaved like the we're in a high school hall way
I also felt like there was a lack in competence due to being told my daughter (who has a chipped tooth) was being scheduled to see the dentist for cap on her tooth before school atarted and instead was scheduled to see the hygenist.
Mind you this is after I made it a point to clarify

I never have no problems here and my daughters doctor is super friendly and staff. the dentist are good they make sure u get everything done
