Staff here is horrible!!! Gazala is a very disgusting person!!! I call in to ask questions about husky b but before I can finish asking my question GAZALA started interrupting me ... because she thought she already knew the question I was going to ask ... when I said ma'am please let me finish speaking ...GAZALA began to yell and scream at me calling me rude and telling me she's going to hang up on me ... and then she hangs up in my face. IF This is how they treat people over the phone I would never allow them to touch my body!! Do not go here!!! GAZALA needs to be fired ....her phone etiquette is zero .... you have to listen to people when they call you can't just talk over them and then when they don't allow you to talk over them yell and scream and hang up in their face! The whole place seems entirely unprofessional. I called right back and was told to speak to a Mala at 1030.... I would never go here just based off of the phone conversation I had with GAZALA so I won't even wasting my time calling back.

Thanks for your reviews, I am looking for a new doctor, reason I been seen by Doctor Ahmed for more than 20 years, I have 2 baby's and my wife but scare me to let anyone else to see my family

Been going there for over 10 years
And recently move to Enfield CT
At times it's hectic and busy
But others that are complaining in this review knows not always other facilities

Dr. Qurashi and staffs are all very kind people.

One word to describe this place, UNPERFESSIONAL!!!!!!! The workers there are so rude. Patient centered care is not their number one priority. The so call "medical record" woman sent out my information with out my permission to an office I ask to not get sent out to. The communication between the workers in that place is not good. I could see them making big medical mistakes and putting people in harm. If you value your health, seek another doctor's office.
