Worst customer service. They farm out to the Philippines! They know absolutely nothing about the hotels! I had to call back 4 times to finally get an American who answered my questions effortlessly.

This hotel met my needs. It is very convenient to downtown and the room was very clean. When I attempted to get one of the renovated rooms at check in that I read about in reviews, I was told by Tracy that there are no renovated rooms. The rooms being renovated are being rented as apartments in the future.
The room I received instead was definitely dated, but suited me just fine. The bed was hard and you could feel some coils. The noise of traffic below was very loud even on the eighth floor. These things didn’t bother me, but keep them in mind when considering booking. Since I booked this hotel for $55 on Priceline, I was satisfied. At rack rate, I would look elsewhere though.

Room was clean and staff were super friendly. The staff are the main Pro here. The lighting was odd in my room (just lamps) and aside from eggs there's not much resembling a healthy option for breakfast.
I was not a fan of the bathroom in my room.
Would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first pick.

Great location. Paid parking, but convenient in and out. There was quite a bit of renovations going on, so seems like they were in the process of updating anything I'd criticize. Bar and restaurant on site, but plenty of options nearby. Outdoor pool was a plus. Would stay again.
