Allstate Insurance: Alphonsus Aguh

I'm living a nightmare! Firstly a dimwit call center guy mistakenly cancels my policy & nobody even bothers to tell me (either via an email or mail). I happened to log in to my account & find it out on my own & then even after calling the office for over a month to reinstate it I'm always told to wait for '2 more days for the system update to occur' as they have a 'system issue' which doesn't somehow allow the status to change. They are quick to add that I shouldn't worry as "I'm fully covered". A month has already passed n I'm still left with a cancelled policy for a car which is very much in use. No wonder it ranks#1 in the worst auto insurance category. I believe it's time to move on!

Rude and unprofessional. They have a Scam telemarketing operation going on. The office staff left me on hold for over an hour, and treated me extraordinarily rudely. I am an old woman and they disrespected me. The owner of the agency used a fake name and told me that I needed a mental health professional. I have contacted Allstate corporate headquarters to report their egregious behavior

I have had an over all great experience with Alphonsus Aguh as my Allstate Representative. I never have any issues getting my questions answered and even when I walk in at 5pm the representatives have no issues helping me. I am very satisfied. :)

My Experience with All State and Mr. Alphonso Augh an All State Insurance Agent has been nothing short then catastrophic , every thing started when he try to introduce me unnecessary service on my policy by charging me for a renters insurance policy without me not even asking for it or sinning it, so when I confronted him instead of answers I received arguments back and forth, not answering my calls, E-mails, voice mails . further more I just read that All State ranks number one in top ten worse Insurance Companies in America , I wonder why , I will never recommend the company or the Agent mentioned above not even to my enemies if I had any .
