I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from Bouvier. My agent, Nicole, is always very responsive to my emails and questions. She understands exactly what my expectations are and advises me appropriately. I greatly appreciate that when I have a question, Nicole responds in a timely fashion with a knowledgeable response. The past two agencies I worked with oftentimes didn't seem to know the answer to my questions or didn't appear to want to go above and beyond to find the answer because it might require some research, or they would refer me directly to the insurance company where I would get stuck in menus and on hold. I live in a condo complex and Bouvier is extremely knowledgeable about what kind of coverage a unit owner should have in order to be protected from potential liability. This service and knowledge is valuable to me both as a director of the homeowner's association and as a unit owner.

I worked with Matt St.Thomas and can only say great things. He went out of his way to work with me to get the best coverage and was super helpful and patient even when I would email him hundreds of times asking questions. My rates went down a ton and I am a very happy customer.

A friend mentioned they got a great rate from them, so I called them up for a quote and made very clear that I wanted a reduction in rates. Was treated very politely at first and then a few days later I got the quote. It appeared that I was being pushed into higher coverage than I wanted in an attempt to keep my costs flat, and got a pretty unpleasant feeling response when I made it clear I had wanted the original coverage. I then asked for a quote on a new vehicle, at their coverage and when I followed up 4 days later, after waiting and not hearing anything, got told they weren't interested. The experience for me was less than a pleasant and I wasn't even a customer yet.

Been with them for as long as I can remember. Awesome customer service. Very responsive to customer needs. Really take the time to explain options, & coverage details. Always look out for the best interest of the customer by getting to know the customer needs and quoting polices that meet them for the best value possible. I recommend them every opportunity I get.

I've been a customer for almost 3 years. Rich has always been helpful with any questions or changes that I've needed to make in a very timely manner. He's so easy to work with and is always there when I need him. I recommend Bouvier insurance to anyone!
