Thank you so much for the great service! I recently moved to the area from out of state and needed auto insurance and left for the renters policy and an education and how it protects me and my belongings. My agent, Paul was very patient and responsive to my numerous questions. Highly recommended hometown agent!

Horrible experience. I came from Canada where we have no fault insurance so have had very little experience in automotive insurance. I purchased my policy and depended on the agent to give me coverage consistent with my needs. I was hit from behind by a drunk driver after working a 16 hour shift (RN) I suffered a concussion that prevented me from working. 30 day car rental is a joke as body work/collision takes significantly longer than mechanical work. All medical expenses to be paid by my health insurance including significant copay to be paid by me. Possibly reimbursed later if other party has insurance. A bare bones policy that left me feeling victimized twice. Once by drunk driver and once again by insurance.

I have working with Paul as my agent for a few months now and he has never let me down. Where other agents have dropped the ball on me in the past he has been exceptional. When I was having my homeowners policy changed over he followed up with me to ensure that I received a refund from the old policy, and thoroughly resolved any questions that I had with coverage and claims. He was able to get me rates that competitors could not match, and has always provided me with exceptional customer service. If you are in the market for insurance or are unhappy with the level of service that your current agency is providing you then you need to give Paul a call.
