Not the least bit impressed. They sign you and hang you out to dry, figure it out. I realized there was an issue with paperwork, let them know, and they wouldn't fix their mistake, I had to pay for their mistake. The guy was a smart ass about his mistake and totally unprofessional. No stars. Additionally, I am still trying to remove their email from my paperwork since they didn't change it to what it should be.

After going through multiple insurance companies and dealing with many people i was contacted by 1 and Done Agency. I am so glad i was because they not only made the entire process very simple but they also had the best prices and the best service. This company is fantastic!

Last year I started my own business and they have been a great help, Allways Up to help me, they take the time to explain whatever question I have...
I mainly speak to Erick Jenzen and Chelsea, she's very friendly and really capable to answer all my inquiries.

I have been doing business with One & Done Agency for over 8 months now and they are spectacular. They are always quick to respond whether it be policy changes or Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests. Our company is constantly evolving & growing and One & Done easily accommodates each and every request professionally and quickly. Truly a one of a kind team and I will intrust all of our commercial insurance needs for the foreseeable future with them.
